Vivekanand College of Education, Warora Dist. Chandrapur (Maharashtra) run by Vivekanand Dnyanpeeth (Convent), Warora. Vivekanand Dnyanpeeth was established in 1978 and Vivekanand College of Education was started on 1990.

            The institution is the outcome of the national spirit to extend educational facilities to all section of society. It is normally seen by moderation and its various aspects facilitates only urban areas. While the rural segment is left out of its bounds. Despite the fact Warora being nearer to Chandrapur, was an area untouched by the advancement of the educational facilities like teacher education college.

            The aim of the institution is to develop students with national spirit and should be strong enough to overcome difficulties in future life.

                Hence patience, strength, all round development  are the main goals of our Institution, Honourable Adv. M.V. Temurde (Ex. Deputy Speaker Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha) the founder president of this institution worked in this direction and  thus all the activities are arranged with this theme. At present President, Secretary and other member are looking after the institution.
